1. Introduction & Consent

• Change your password regularly and avoid using easily guessable passwords.
• Always log out after using a public device.
• Bonas Bet will never ask for your password via email or message.

If the same person creates multiple accounts or operates another person's account, both accounts will be closed and all deposits may be forfeited.

4. Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when placing bets on Bonas Bet. These terms and conditions apply to every bet.

4.1 Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

A bet is considered final only when confirmation is received from the system. If a bet is not confirmed due to network issues or technical errors, it is not valid. Bonas Bet reserves the right to cancel any bet in case of clear errors, such as incorrect odds displayed.

4.2 Match Cancellation or Postponement

If an event is cancelled or postponed indefinitely, stakes on related bets will be refunded. However, if the event is completed within 48 hours of the scheduled date, results will stand.

4.3 Live Betting

Odds in live betting change moment to moment. Odds may shift between the time you submit a bet and the time the system confirms it. In that case, you will be given the option to accept the new odds or cancel the bet.

5. Payment, Deposits & Withdrawals

Bonas Bet accepts payments through popular Bangladeshi mobile banking services — Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. All financial transactions are secure and encrypted.

• Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal limits are set according to platform guidelines.
• KYC verification is mandatory before withdrawal.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24–72 hours.
• The same payment method must be used for deposits and withdrawals.
• Additional verification may be required if suspicious transactions are detected.

6. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Members may also request account closure at any time. In that case, remaining balance (if no pending conditions exist) will be refunded.

• Losses arising from the member's own negligence or sharing of password.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
